Could you make a code for either all sprites found or just the 60 needed for marriage? I apologize if it's been done, but I've been unable to find it up until now.

Its never been done before, but good luck finding someone who will make it.

code for girls to be at max heart level when u talk to them!!

I never made one for that, but I made one so that when you press R they go up a heart level, Y they go to 0, L they max out.

for harvest moon ds and pokemon pearl[used pokesav and poketch app "step counter" is messed up and i need code to fix it]

for harvest moon a max affection for people and animals and the mentioned all sprites code, also maybe a mod to turn all tools into mythic or maker it easy to find cursed tools

Max affection for people - made them before
max affection for animals - failed every time, but never tried once I got good.
Sprites - not even gonna try, the time and effort to make that code would make it seem like I support n00bs sucking at games, which I don't.
Turn tools into mythic, a code like that would be stupidly long compared to just putting mythics in your inventory.
Making it easier to find cursed - not gonna bother with such a worthless code.

It's impossible to make this code, because in US version the counter of animals which died of illness has been removed or bugged. So you can't marry Witch Princess.

If they made it so that you couldn't marry the Witch Princess why didn't they take her off the eligible bride list in the instruction manual and strategy guides?

It's because removing this counter wasn't planned. It's just a big bug in localization coding. They translated the instruction and released a game without knowing about that. Personally, I thought they will release fixed version, but they didn't, did they?

Maybe codes can fix that, but I think it's impossible.
