(I apologize if these questions have been addressed before, and in that case, would you post the pages url.)

I have been using the AR codes from this site, and now a few questions have came into mind.

1. If you use any AR code, does it leave a mark/trace once the data has been modified so that Nintendo can find it?
2. The wild Pokemon modifier AR code, when used to capture a Pokemon, and then when that same Pokemon is bread, does the bread once count as being "real"?
3. How does one get banned from the Wi-Fi Connection service? (I have an idea about this once so here it goes: connecting to the GTS and Battle Tower with Pokemon with modified values (stats), shiny (more then one caught from the same trainer), and improper capture locations (legendaries plus normal Pokemon). If thats correct, then please verify it, and/or add to it.)
4. If banned from the Wi-Fi Connection service, how does one get un-banned?

Thanks in advanced.

1 : There are no mark/trace. However, if you obtain via cheating things that you can not achieve during the normal course of the game, anyone can tell you have used codes. AFAIK the only flag used by the game is the bad egg flag, which is usually put when a Pokémon has been badly hacked (when the Pokémon data don't match its checksum).
2 : Yes.
3 : I've heard rumors of banning, but I'm not sure if it's real. Especially for the shiny Pokémon banning, because Nintendo has no way to tell if it's been hacked or not (even if having a dozen of caught shiny Pokémon might look suspicious, Nintendo can't know if they've been hacked or if you're just a very lucky guy). And with the GTS, anyone can end up with hacked Pokémon without having actually hacked them, so banning anyone with hacked Pokémons might bring chaos among users.
4 : Dunno.

Thanks Kenobi. Just to clarify on point #1 and 3.

1. How about the "All items" code?
3. How many people have tried and succeed trading a hacked legendary (meaning OT, ID, secret ID, and location are wrong) over GTS without any problems?

And a new question...

5. Can the hacked legendaries be accepted in Wi-Fi battle by Pokemon Battle Revolution?

As I said, if you obtain by cheating something that is not obtainable during the normal course of the game, anyone would think you cheated. I'm not sure what the all items code do, but if it gives you something like numerous/infinite master balls, and/or all items (either before you can get them during the normal course of the game, or that you can't get during the normal course of the game), it'll likely make you look like a cheater to anyone looking at your game data.

However I still doubt that Nintendo will do anything about it. If you get on GTS a hacked Pokémon with an hacked item attached, then connect to the WiFi, you would be banned because someone else tricked you ? Sounds kinda unfair, and anyway, that could potentially mean the banning of thousands of people, which would bring some chaos and complains.

Anyway I don't know anything about WiFi (I don't use it) or Pokemon Battle Revolution.

sometime they have good code over codejunkies.com, but not alway. There some legendary that cannot accept on the wi fi battle are arceus, darkai, shaylan. Because they were not alow to be on the wil fi battle, but you can fight with them in the single player game.
