The formatting needs some serious thought...

Codes should be written as they appear on the cheat device; two 8-digit hex words per line.
Codes should be in their own table or division, to help separate them from any notes.
Authors should be subscripted (or similar?) on each code title/description.

Suggestions and comments are welcome...
