ShinyPalkia is a Portuguese DS coder from Luxembourg. On pokemonexperte.de (German site), he moderated the games and cheating sections of the forum from 2009 'til 2010. On pokemontrash.com (French site) he became news-writer, moderator+ and he got the task of managing the cheat-mini-site on the mainsite.
