I did some research on 'legality checks' whereas if you're entering a tournament such as the Showdown tournament, you will be checked if you have legitimate Pokemon.
The only useful undetected hack so far is perfect IVs... (But better safe than sorry not to use it though if you want to compete.)
Also, other than checking the region, they also check the missing piece of hex code of your hacked Pokemon, because apparently hacked Pokemon don't have that missing piece. I don't know if it's possible, but I think it'd be great if someone filled in the holes...

technically, if the pokemon was caught in the area it should be then it will have those missing pieces as if you caught it without the hack.

I really wanted to compete with my Charizard, but seeing that it's 'hacked', i don't think it's possible...
I wonder if it's possible to create undetected hacked pokemon.

hack it. then put it in the day care place to get an egg of it. making the egg will legitimize it. then just raise it back to the level you had it at with rare candies or whatever. this will only look legit if it is non-legendary.

I have a question... How does the MAX IV work? I tried the MAX IV check one, and it only gives me attack and defense.
The rest is either 0 or unchanged. The other MAX IV one with the 1F in the end, doesn't change the Max IVs...

Am i doing something wrong?

Oh yea I have another question.
If I get a hacked ditto, and breed with my Charizard, will the baby pass the legit test?

im not sure about the IV thing, i never looked into IVs only EVs. About your charizard thing, yes as long as you make an egg, it doesnt matter if the parents were legit the egg will be as it is created by the game not the user or the hack.

I don't understand the Pokesav...
Do I even need to enter the Max IV values, or can I just put 31 everything in the 'Stats Edit'?

Pokesav is easy... I generate legit pokemon using that. Basically, fill in what you want Ex: Item - Rarecandy 999. Then you go to the Export AR.
Check what you modified, and save as XML. Not rocket science there... You're using a generator, and not coding yourself.

Oh yea, I have a question as well. I'm trying to pokesav legit legendaries. For example, for Groudon, do I put place met Hoenn League, or Pal Park?

Tell you what, if you can answer my question Allcodes, I will give you your code if you still have problems with Pokesav.

do the acquired from "hoenn" one because thats what they say when you catch them in pal park. i dont even know what the option pal park is for...maybe like if the game is not recognized on startup or something...idk...

Allcodes, if you can not understand pokesav then maybe you shouldnt be dealing with these codes as pokesav is the easiest way to make them. some people make codes by hand using high tech devices in the ds. pokesav is a simple GUI program so you should be able to understand it as i did even without the website's info on it.

Yeah, well, it's not.

Whenever I try to generate the item codes, those said codes make the said bag ENTIRELY FULL of the items I need. I don't want that. I don't want all the items, either. I just want to make an item appear in slot 1, 2, and 3 or replace an item in slot 1, 2, and 3 with the item I want.

Ok listen. When you edit your codes in the main, and then select Export to ARDS, check the boxes that you want, THEN press export XML.

somebody just make the code for him since he obviously can not use a generator, designed to be easy for someone who can read english and use a computer. my little brother of 13 years old makes codes all the time on pokesav with no problem whatsoever.

And for erick: yes giratina does respawn, you go to turnback cave after you beat the elite four and you can catch him there.

Here AllCodes. Push L+R BEFORE entering the Bag Menu. This will give you 999 of Heart Scales in the Item section, Rare Candies, Max Revivies, and Max Elixirs in the Medicine, and Masterballs in the Pokeball section. (though why you don't just use the Always Catch Pokemon Code I'll never know...)

I couldn't understand pokesav at first (and I still don't really...) but after trial and error, I'm getting the hang of a few things. I may even start my file over from scratch and use it to edit a few things. Though I'm REALLY grateful that the Secret Key code was hacked...can't get it anymore from Nintendo until it's released for their American pokemon events.

Well...I could give indiviual codes. I.E. Codes for the Item Pack, Medicine Pack, and Pokeballs Pack. But they're just as long.

I'm working on getting things set up for myself. Giving me 98 of all TM's and no HM's. I want to start over from scratch, but I started it on Mar 22nd. I could use pokesav, but won't the Journal be kinda...awkward? (Entry marked at May 22nd, when journey started March 22nd.)

I'm probably the ONLY person having trouble with this code, but I tried both L and R and nothing. Can't even get that elusive Feebas...>.<

edit: Of course...it only works on dry land and tall grass. >.<

i had problems with this and i tried everything i could think of to try to get it to work but i just gave up cuz nothing worked.
