In the mean time I used No$GBA and cheat engine to give myself 99999 Rings. I then converted my save game to be usable with my cycloDS and played from there. At least now I have infinite rings.. Whatever they're used for XD.

Did anyone else got the exp code to work with the R4 flashcart?
It doesn't work for me, perhaps because the Rom had to be patched before it worked on the R4 (since R4 were to lazy to make an update theirselfs for the roms)

so has anyone manage to make a max ring code or a hp/sp code?

The Uk codejunkies site add new codes and there "a must be enable code".

but still no Ring codes any1?

It seems that the patch that makes Sonic Chronicles playable on a R4DS flashcard, changes the game's ID.
From CSNP-0742A221 to CSNP 1f48c922

I hope someone can convert the codejunkies codes, so that they can be used on the "patched" version of Sonic Chronicles.

Lol, I used Cheat Engine 5.4 and No$GBA to give myself 99999 Rings then converted my NO$GBA to CycloDS save and played from there =P.

R4 probably also need to use the MasterCode provided by Codejunkies.

I wasn't bragging. I was suggesting that someone could try that. Would you want me to hack your save game file to get you infinite rings?

Then why don't you just post the Rings code so other people could use it.

As I mentioned a few posts up, the Game ID changes for the R4DS,since the game is patched to make it playable on the flashcard.
R4DS is lazy in making a firmware update...

So I wish someone could convert the above codes to the new ID.

I don't know enough about cheat engine to convert codes to make them usable. I could post the memory address I found, but it wouldn't be the same for everyone. I'd need some pointers and that's a little too advanced for me.

You can use emuhaste made by Imaha486 instead of cheat engine, it's much easier to use and the address will be the same on an AR.

Why so few codes for this game? I've looked everywhere and I was really surprised that no one has come up with anything. I've checked in lots of places and the only ones I can find are the Max XP one and the ones from UK codejunkies, neither of which interest me. Sure, Max XP will help you win, but then it takes every bit of fun out of it. With infinite HP you still level up at the same rate, get new moves, and stronger equipment. Is this really all there is?

I think Max Level code is not awesome after all. I used it and in a second you are Lv30 but you only get 145 point hability, and you cant lear all special moves. With a Infinite or Max Point Hability Code you can buy all the Special moves. But no one put that code.

I don't know if it's possible, but I'd like to see a code that "fixes" the game-breaking bug in chapter 4. (If you choose not to fight Shade, it's virtually impossible to progress in the game beyond that point, and she doesn't reappear.)

I will work on porting codes for the patched file.

But, have you guys tried the (E) codes on the (U) version? It might work.
