Nintendo quite franky doesn't care, Parasyte, myself, and plenty of others have probably sent in countless warning to Nintendo only to be met with ignorance. They deny the problem even exists.

Nintendo was going off on something to the effect of "we've are working on a code that will check to see if you are using a cheat device. And if you are, it will delete your game." but this is only speculation so far. I don't know what system they are talking about and I don't know if they may have been talking about just the games.

It will be impossible for any of them to implement any such system. And to my knowledge, it is only rumors, as no representatives have come forward with informations regarding how they will be handling online cheating, if at all.

The only thing nintendo could do online(it would still have to be implemented in game somewhere) to stop hacking would be to do checks for popular code handlers (Like AR and CB) or check to see if your stats are irregular. Which is unlikely, because there are many holes in doing that.

This sounds fun, Pissing Nintendo of that much would start to get them thinking. I am very used to using homebrew and such, but i'm sill new to AR, but there's not much to learn there not counting code creation. So if there is any way you need people other than yourself, I hope to be some help.
