Can't seem to get dice points code to work. I press select when rolling, then I try it whilst walking.

AH, just noticed that this game use different coding for different stages... lol can't understand those devs...

So none of the above codes work properly because of the coding? Or is it just the 10 dice steps code? Also how come an Enable code is needed? I thought only cb codes had that...I haven't seen one used for AR for a long time.

The enable code is just the asm base for the other codes to work. i already edited all them, now they should work in all modes.

Codes work great.

Note: If you only have the "No Coins & Stars (CPU's)" turned on, you'll have no coins/stars as well. So you need to have the "Max Coins & Stars (Player)" code on as well with the other.


Also is it possible to hack a max MP points after a board match (not when you start the game, because I don't think it will unlock that way). Or a unlock all collectibles, and inf hearts in boss matches (Bowser is kinda tough).

The code that caused you to have no star/coin is the "Enable Code", I don't know why but you can test it.

No, without the enable code on, none of the codes will work.

My theory is that since your place in playing order is random each game, in order for the no coins/stars code to work it makes P1-4 have no coins/stars. So you the player must have the other code on as well, if you don't want to have effects of the no coin/star code on yourself.

I have tested it. Only on 2nd stage story mode though.
When I enable only "10 dice point" code. It works fine, I didn't enable "Enable Code" code.
When I enable only "Enable Code" code and I didn't enable any other code, my coin and star stays at 0.

Ok. So that must mean that the Max Coins & Stars (Player), and the No Coins & Stars (CPU's) codes needs the enable code (I tested these). And the 10 Dice Points code doesn't (I never tested this one).

the "enable" is just for the coin & stars code.

edit: problem with using only cpu codes fixed.

edit2: lol it looks like the coins are also written on the stars i'll be fixing again.

just a quick note, when you used the Max Coins and Stars for player, the cpu players will also gain some coins and stars. altough it's nothing to worry about since you're already winning anyway. :p

Can you make a code for infinite health in boss battles? I'm having a hell of a time with Bowser.

I second this.

But if you want some tips, just be patient. Everytime block bowser stops he throws a fireball (the first 2 forms), after that attack the gold block like crazy. I got to his third (final) form with all 5 hearts. In the last form he's like a centipede. Watch out for the flames and fire balls. He'll stop in the middle for a few seconds, but before he does I think he throws a fireball, dodge and then all out attack. When he starts moving again he might hit you, but if you had enough hearts before the last form, you should be able to beat him. I had like 2 at the end.

I was able to reach his 3rd form with 5 hearts and here's what I did on his Centipede form. He'll circle the arena while breathing fire in front and shooting fireballs at you so just keep dodging. He'll stop in the middle then shoot three fireballs, one in front, and one on each side of his head (golden block). Here's my trick, when he goes to the middle just before he shoots those three fireballs, just stand right in front of him and take the fireball. You'll lose one heart, but you'll be blinking and he can't hurt you(at this time he'll start crawling towards you). Just keep on pounding him with punches and you should be able to beat him before he starts circling the arena again. So as long as you have two hearts by Bowser's 3rd form this trick should work. Just my 2 cents.

I found an even better "trick" for beating Bowser's third form - press X to make the camera go to a higher angle. That makes the third part EASY.

Edit: On the third form, the pattern is: Circle the arena, continue circling and fire three fireballs towards the middle, go directly to the middle, stop and fire three fireballs from the "head", repeat. Right before the repeat, you can get 2-3 hits in, and it's much easier to dodge with the X camera angle as mentioned above.

a save with the last stage opened would be easy for me ;p

I don't know is this off-topic or wrong section or not but I have a question to ask.
What are these "Enable Code"?
Why it's needed?
What does it do to the game?
Why it's needed for more than one codes?
I know it's allowed other codes to be used, but what did it actually do to the program? Could anyone explain it to me?

It's a small, custom code handler written by Hiei.
It's needed for some of his codes to work.
It works like normal codes, but they are applied at a precise time, which permits to access some data a "normal AR code" wouldn't be able to access.

If no one does it, I'll try to get a save before bowser fight...but you'll have to wait a while...its the week before final exams for me, and anyway since I already beat story mode once, it saved. So I'd have to start a new story. I'll probably then make a save before every boss fight, so the inf heart code can work against them all. But again it'll be awhile, unless someone else has time to do this.

I'm also hoping that with a save, a unlock all figures/collectibles code can be made. I've noticed with the above codes, a shit load a MP points are awarded.
