Press L+ R for 467 Heart Scales, discard to move number, hold L and use a tm on the pokemon to get the move

Every time I use this code then try to use a TM, the game freezes :( I tried re-enter the code but no luck sadly. I'm I doing something wrong?

This should be in "Dial911"...
