Title: I'm back.
Ok, here's the deal, my Electronics II teacher told me he will pay me $150 to fix one of the computers. I got everything fixed but then I noticed that the control panel is missing. I tried control.exe and everything else I could think of. No trace of it. I'm guessing someone removed it from the system components? Anyone know what can be done to undo this? I tried looking for a restore point and there was none. By the way, it's Windows 98 (piece of shit). Thanks.

Do an "upgrade" reinstall. Keeps all programs and settings but fixes every problem I've seen. Only redeeming quality of Windoze 98.

TS: On 98 EVERYONE is an "administrator" of the computer.

It used to have adminsistrator access but it doesn't now. I'll try the upgrade reinstall when I have the class tomorrow.
