Use the button shown in the image above, Open up Paint (or another photo editing program), Press CRTL+V, save image, upload it to Photobucket/Imageshack/Tinypic/etc, then with the direct link to the image, do this:

Go to http://www.imageshack.us/ and upload the pic and get the Url. THEN post it.
