you are automatically protected by copyright laws as soon as you release your 'work of art' in 'tangible form' copyright law states that you have the sole right to distribution of your 'work' even if it is free. This means that you may ask for your program to be removed from a site and they must comply or you can file for a law suite. It's just like an art museum displaying a painting. They must have permission. You may me thinking "what about the Mona Lisa? I see that everywhere?" Once you die and some 50-70 years pass, your work falls into 'public domain' and is no longer protected by copyright law.

An interesting factoid: Prints and photographs of the Mona Lisa are considered original enough to be copyrightable.

Work on Kode Garage is coming along nicely. I need to do a major update on how my error handling is done. Not sure if I want to make a release and then do an update or just do that now. Some new tools have been added and I am looking into some promising new features....

i need to fix the code porting and I plan on re-doing the code analyzer. the code porter ports everything including AR 'd' codes lol forgot to check for which codes actually need ported. I will do an update eventually
