http://minewerx.kodewerx.org/ Tah-dah! Minecraft love for you guys. I'll be playing off and on, in my spare time. I haven't enabled any "protection" mods, because I don't believe in them. If you're an asshole, you'll probably die an horrible death anyway. Just look at Hitler, Saddam, Osama, and Jesus; they were assholes in Minecraft, too. This server has a whitelist in effect. Awesome! I played for a few hours. Nobody else was on New bioms in MC 1.2 when that comes out though- requires new map. |

New biom is "Jungle". It has sexy new wood. You can tame Cats in the Jungles. If you have Cats, they scare off creepers so you won't be surprissssssssssssssssssed. New map >>>> current map |

Love the server! Built me a cave home and a mine already. Also noticed I am the first to get to the nether, so, I think I will also help out with building portals for people at the price of the obsidian to build them. Will also make sure they are lit at all times. I've found that making a giant base up in the ceiling of the Nether works well for fast travel without warp commands. Less chance of dealing with lava and if you keep the height at 3, you don't have to deal with ghasts. It's just simple math, but some players are like "wtf, every portal leads to the same one in the nether. Must be how the game works!" Instead of looking further into it and finding out that overworld portal coords are divided by 8 in the nether and you have to build your portal in the correct spot in the nether for it to work. Anywho, I shall build something great.... I don't know what yet.... Might not be on too often as I also play on 2 other servers. |

Keep in mind, the world will most likely be wiped out when 2.1 is released. Any megastructures should wait for that. Also, this world has a massive fucking cave system, with an opening to the surface about every 16 blocks or so. The network near bedrock is mostly air. |

I've been through like 6 map clearouts. Gotten a bit numb to it. It's like a fresh start. I don't expect anything to be spawned for me either. Imo, structure transfers and item transfers just ruin the whole new map feeling and ruin the legit part. But it doesn't stop me from building what I can until 1.2 is out.

Found a nifty little signature maker: http://signaturecraft.us/ To get one like mine with your avatar, just make an avatar, save the 40x40 version, then make a server status image and upload your avatar as the logo. lol I have not been able to find an answer about the jungle bioms being retroactively added to old maps after they're converted. But I'm all for an upgrade to go look for one! ;p |

What? No. Ores are easy to find. I want it for slime locations and to find the damn mushroom biom I died on. ;( |
