Using the NDS Adapter Plus you can backup your saves until (it until) somebody else comes along to do this. These files can be restored as well with the same device. They are encrypted and it is these files and others a few people have been working with using decrypting tools to see if save states can be hacked. There is a video on google or You Tube where Mechanical Tiger shows the attempt but clearly states the checksum issue was not addressed, thus making the file corrupted upon reload. Anyway...for what it is worth...

There are several saves for Zelda 3D in there and one advanced save for Pilot Wings.

Updated quote a few saves...

Finding where a checksum lives is easy. (Remember, we've been doing this for over a decade.) The algorithm may not be obvious, nor the actual checksum range, but that's usually easy to automate, as well. Unless they've done something intelligent, like using SHA-1 HMAC.

And still more...since this device does work with 3DS games and backup saves, aka ram data or more precisely eeprom data...it is not a big jump from there to expand the program to be able to capture the rom itself. Meaning...we will have all the pieces to be able to 1) backup the rom, have the rom run on iEVO, and lastly have cheat codes for those 3DS roms.

Actually, it is a big jump. Even with NDS, it was a huge jump. But with 3DS, it is now an order of magnitude more work to go from dumping an EEPROM to dumping Nintendo's custom mask ROM with built-in hardware encryption layer. The EEPROM still uses the SPI pins on the card edge. And the ROM still uses the full bus. The logic is not difficult to follow, but the encryption is. eg. viewtopic.php?f=11&t=7517

AND...that is why you need to get in this game bro. A gift like yours must seek out its destiny in the world. I meant there is a Euro group you are, I know, familiar with who dumped the roms already. There is so much work to do before this settles in on the plane of just hacking codes as the systems we all know before it.
