How exactly would I use the Animal Crossing City Folk codes? I don't have an AR, but I DO have an SD card. Is there anything like the aibo map editor, or can I directly edit the code or something?

Thanks in Advance.

You need to install the Homebrew Browser on your Wii (Hack it).

Drag and drop the TP hacked save to the SD card. That's all there is to it. If you mean running cheats from the SD card without installing USBGecko or Orcania from the Wii Browser there's no way to run cheats without having to mod your Wii.

Sounds more like he means copying the AC save file to his SD card and editing it, without hacking the Wii. That can be done assuming the game lets you copy or move the file, but saves are encrypted, so you'll need to find a program to en/decrypt them, and the encryption key, which I don't know off hand.
If you do hack it, then there's a program that will recover all the encryption keys from your system, and I think there's also one that will load up the System Menu and patch it in RAM (so the patch only lasts until power-off) to let you copy any save file whether the game wants you to or not.

Wouldn't that make the Wii delete the save file since it's been modified?

That's what the encryption is for. If you decrypt and recrypt the file, it'll work fine. Though it's possible the game also does a checksum of the file to check for corruption, so you'd need to fix that too.
