what i mean is, is there a program that you can put in your computer that will make it so that Esoft(its a learning program that blocks access to sites and viruses and spam) school boards and big business companies add this program to the central hub and any computer that connects to internet in their schools/ businesses are limited to what they can do while on the internet. Is their any program or something that can counteract this program? |

Its word sensitive and it's intuitive. You can not have the words proxie, proxy or anything similiar. I've tried the yahoo trick and that didn't work...I've tried the translator trick, same results. I really need to defeat this esoft filter! Any help out there? NOT PROXY RELATED!!! |

Their are some proxies that will still work, you just have to know how to find them or what the keywords are for the software that picks them up. For exapmle I know a wap4 page that has a proxy on it that allows us (well more me) to be able to view normal web pages, though it doesn't load videos or facebook very well. Other than that, I really doubt that you would be able to get around that. If I recall correctly from the Cisco class I am taking, that would be at the physical layer, and that would be a hard thing to bypass. |

i see because i heard a rumor that there was a program that could nullify the Esoft program's access blocking powers though it only works on the computer you uses it from |

You could do some tweaking in the registry, but I am not going to tell you how to do it. Use google if you really want to learn. |
