I have my Wii hooked into the front of my HP pavilion computer which has media center. I thought I knew where to go to be able to view it but I simply cannot find it. Do any of you guys know where to go on my computer to view the Wii?

:(

You can't. The Wii's software just doesn't have that functionality.

No, I had the auxiliary cables plugged into my computer, I know it will work, I just don't know where to go.

I use DScaler for viewing my webcam and game consoles, you could give that software a try.

Oh, I thought you were talking about networking for some reason.

Well I got DScaler and I still can't figure out how to see my Wi on it...

It's plugged directly into the aux ports on the front.

PS. My other account is messed up, I don't know why but I can't log in on it...

Have you looked in Device Manager to make sure the aux ports show up? Perhaps you need to reinstall the drivers.

Does clicking the "I forgot my password" link help? Read the important forum upgrade announcement.

Sound, video, and game controllers would be a safe bet for the category, and seeing as it's an HP computer the device should be HP-something. Display adapters just covers your video card I think.

Did you make doubly sure it's aux-in you plugged into and not aux-out? Did you look through DScaler at all the available video sources?

I checked to make sure, that's what I was thinking when I first could not find it,
This is the setup:
S-video 2
Composite input 2
_
_|Audio input 2

and then all the rest is fire wire, head phones and usbs...

Upon further inspection I looked in the back, and directly on my video card there are primary aux ports, and that is also where my cable is plugged into.

I haven't a clue, all I know is I have a tv tuner card. I didn't think primary video cards had video input... I thought they only had output. Unless of course you got one of the fancy ones. :D

So... you have the cables plugged into the front and the back? o_O I'm confused. Should only plug them into the tuner card, and route the sound from the tv tuner to your sound card with a mini cable if need be. DScaler is compatible with just about every tv tuner under the sun, if it doesn't show up under Sources in there then I dunno. Do you know the brand at least?
