The program is called Animal Town Builder,plus it's full screen,so then afterwards when I quit it makes the screen glitched up and my desktop icons after i restart the computer are glitched.
edit:Nevermind my icons are back to normal.

I know Gens does some crazy-ass shit with the icons, but that's only temporary. |
