when you just got the plasma beam from ghor and you have to find the federation out post and it said i have to get a power up Spin attack? where is it?! |

Go back to Bryyo and open every fire door there(I'm not sure which one), one of them should have a place where you can teleport to a snowy level where the Screw Attack is. |
