I can't connect my MP3 downloader (MP3 Rocket) through my school's internet. I did last semester but I can't this semester. It says that it can't connect and that it might be a firewall problem. I took the firewall on my laptop down and it still didn't work. So, I go to the cmputer labs on campus and I still can't get it to work.

Do you have any advice?

I tried other downloaders too, so I know it isn't just the one I use.

If the government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16, 1969, make it illegal for U.S. citizens to have any contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles?

The port this program uses is probably closed/blocked. The only way would be to forward that port on your schools router, but I guess you can't do that.

You could try to set up a VPN to your home network, but this is only feasable if you have broadband internet at home. It's not difficult to set up, but my school blocks outgoing VPN connections, for obvious security reasons.
