You mean in your signature? To display a picture in your signature, use the IMG code

(Just make sure you follow the Rules. It has to be within the allowed size limit, and it would be best to upload it somewhere. Don't be a hotlinker).

As for videos and such, I'm pretty sure those aren't allowed in signatures.
