I'm opening my private battlenet server to all members of Kodewerx. It has both a Diablo II realm and Starcraft functionality. Here's how you get connected:
DIABLO II
1. Install Diablo II.
2. Install Diablo II Lord of Destruction Expansion.
3.
Download and install patch
1.10. Only
1.10 will work.
4.
Download and run BNGatewayEditor.exe. Click Diablo II, then click to add a gateway. Enter qman.strangled.net in each box, and click ok. Click to set it as the default gateway, and then exit the program.
5. Start playing Diablo II: LOD, and click to play on battlenet. If everything worked, you should be connecting to my server. If it didn't, you will connect to the real battle.net and it will ask you to install the latest patch. DON'T DO THIS OR YOU CAN'T PLAY ON MY SERVER.
I also have a maphack available called C3PO. This is completely optional. You can get it
here.
STARCRAFT
1.
Get Starcraft.
2. Install Starcraft and Starcraft: Broodwars.
3. Install the
latest patch, 1.14.
4.
Download and run BNGatewayEditor.exe. Click Starcraft, then click to add a gateway. Enter qman.strangled.net in each box, and click ok. Click to set it as the default gateway, and then exit the program.
5. Play Starcraft, choose Multiplayer, then Broodwars, then battle.net, using my server. That's it.
