Ok my computers blocked on a router how can i have it unblocked?

If it's the firewall in your router that you are talking about, check the port forwarding in your router configuration. It's usually accessed from http://192.168.1.1/ or http://192.168.0.1/

Its my dad's and he blocks its mac adress sometimes is there a way top bypass that? i cant get into the configuration

if he uses mac adress filtering, you mite be able to find a mac address spoofer. as for hacking into the configuration, cant help ya there.
