I bought mine yesterday, and I need help. I accidentally erased all of my codes while I was trying to put in some for pokemon diamond. My question is: Can I save a file to my CD and be able to put it onto my code manager?

A quick update will restore everything.

And no, you can't write anything to a CD unless it is a CD-R(W).

Questions such as these also belong in Dial 911, in the Action Replay help thread. ;)

And technically, yes, you can back up your codes to a CD, but it's not really worth it.

What you can do is first, plug in your AR, open ARDS manager, etc...
Then you can create a custom code list, name it whatever you see fit (back up 5-10-07, etc...) and copy all your codes to that custom code list, once you do that you can click and drag that code list to your desktop.folder and it will export it as an XML file, which you can burn, upload, or whatever.

Use a flash drive. You can back them up using one. Or you can back them up by puing your codelist in MY codelist.
