Where is the best place to get parts to build a computer?

If the government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16, 1969, make it illegal for U.S. citizens to have any contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles?

They have some already set up too.

Which of these is better? number 1, number 2, or number 3.

Edit: I know I should still probablly build it myself, but I don't know how. If there is a good manual and if it would be considerably cheaper then I would try.

You just have to make sure all of the parts are compatible. Otherwise you'll end up with a PSU that doesn't support your video card, a motherboard that doesn't support your RAM or CPU... So it is important to watch out for those little caveats. Otherwise, it's just like playing connect-the-dots.

Also with Newegg you have to watch in the amout of time you want an item because if you don't order it the day you see it and go back a week later to order it, it's more then likely nawt there no more. I've had that problem alot wiht newegg.

I wouldn't buy any of these computers. None of them have a good graphics card and the second one has an older CPU.

I had windows 95 up till two years ago. Then I upgraded to ME.

I'd go on but I think we all know where this story is headed.

Now I have the wonderful Mac OSX.

I still have Windows 95 sitting on a Pentium 2. It's practically useless so it sits collecting dust.

My story is similar! Actually the first "modern" PC I owned was a Compaq (*sigh*) with Windows 98. Some 3 or 4 years later, I had already replaced the entire system at least twice, but still on 98. Of course I was sick of it, so I upgraded to Windows 2000. 2K was a pain in the ass, wouldn't work with my NIC, so I upgraded to XP against my will after having 2K for less than 1 hour. I have since clean-installed XP once, and reinstalled it twice or more. I am not impressed with the Vista betas, so I think my Windows run has, at long last, come to an end.

I bought a 12" Mac PowerBook G4 in March, and love the hell out of it. Windows is still viable as a gaming machine, but even then, I do not play games often. I typically use OS X for everything, even if it was a bit of a bumpy switch, trying to find the right IRC (jIRCii - http://jirc.hick.org/ - FTMFW) and AIM/MSN/ICQ/YIM/etc. (http://www.adiumx.com/) clients. And even though OS X's default browser (Safari) is infinitely better than Internet Explorer, I am still a FireFox fanboy. (Take away my AdBlock and GreaseMonkey, and I will gut you like the fish you are!)

But yes, OS X is truly remarkable. "Wonderful" describes it well.

Windows for gaming, Macs for everything else.

Still waiting for that Mac commercial where they showcase gaming on their platform vs. Windblows.
