Post subject: | Problem in Pokemon Leaf Green |
My little brother used my Action Replay and did something stupid with the codes and has caused some issues with my cart. Basically, my game is fucked up to the max now. Not only did I just make a new file and overwriting the past file, but, it still didn't fix it. The problems I get are below: When accessing TM Case game freezes. Infinite items upon being put in the bag (including the Pokeballs). Trainer Card shows I've beaten stuff for a certain amount or in a certain amount of time etc. (Basically, everything is maxed out). Is there any way I can reset the cart without losing the game save? Or rather, is there something that can fix this problem? Because starting a new game does nothing... |

![]() Well two things. When I do the button combination, would that erase my file that's already on there? Because...I'm kind of at a point where I don't want the file gone (MT. Moon to be exact). And the other thing is, please post the button combination I have to press. I've...lost my instruction booklet (as in, it isn't anywhere). |

It seems to have corrupted areas of your save. You'll most likely need to delete it. |

And...how do I do that exactly? ![]() ![]() Just an FYI, I've already started the game over when the corrupted stuff happened. It's still there in the new save too. |

If you start a new game (by deleting your old save), have no code activated (or better not use the AR), and your new game is still corrupted, then something is really wrong with your game cartridge... You might have to buy a new game :/ Btw, google told me that to reset/clear your saves you have to use this : Hold B + Select + R + Up |

Btw, google told me that to reset/clear your saves you have to use this : Hold B + Select + R + Up Mm, I wasn't sure that just by using one code at the beginning of the game would cause such problems (and I did use the AR at the start of the new game). So, I just started a new game without the AR and it's perfectly fine. Only thing troublesome now is finding out how to get my AR not to mess up my Leaf Green. In fact, I don't even know what version my Leaf Green is! (V1.1 or V1.0). Any way I could find out without trying AR codes? Because some times the 1.0 codes work and other times they don't (somehow my older brother got the 1.0 codes to work...) In short, I'd like to say that my AR doesn't do this to my other Pokemon games. Don't know why it does it to LG though. |
