Wow- just watched some videos on it! That's great; I didn't realize it was /that/ powerful. I wish I had a winter break and/or summer break from work to really get into it. |

Back to the topic mentioned in the first post in this thread, is there anyone still insterested in getting SGDK2 to run in Mono? I have had some success making it work, especially after switching the graphics library to OpenGL (using the OpenTK C# wrapper library). The IDE doesn't work so well under Mono because Mono doesn't support XML serialized datasets quite the same way as .NET if I recall, but I have had games generated by the IDE running under Linux. And I think I may have gotten the IDE partly running under Linux (in Mono) as well. Is this of interest to anyone? I could use some help if so. |
