Now if only there were something we could do about the council, which is a huge part of the game. I'd love to see some codes that improve your influence. Having infinite Mana is kinda pointless when you have to go through the council (which is impossible by the way as you can never earn 500+ influence so early in the game unless you get your rank higher)

While this isn't a code as such, the council can be somewhat easy to get past actually, all you need to ensure is that 1 of them is on your side one way or another, after that toss one of the council members that's below your 'supporters' level at him which removes that council member and strengthens your own. Rinse and repeat with the rest of them

You sure about this...? I've tried to check by myself, and found out that the offset is +87552.
All we have to do is add 87552 from japan codes, and viola, we get US codes! ...that's what I know so far. I'm still a BIG NOOB about this. I'll try to post one code that I convert it by myself.

For example:

Japan code for Max Money:

121BAB4C 00000918

Let's see the first line, first part. 021BAB48, that's in HEX. Convert it to DEC, then we will find: 35367752
Add 87552, the result is: 35455304, we'll convert it again to HEX: 021D0148
Let's see the second line, first part. 121BAB4C, in HEX. Convert it to DEC: 303803212
Add 87552: 303890764. Convert back to HEX: 021D014C

There! We don't have to change the 2nd part of each line, since these are the amount of the money, which is just the same.
After the convert, we can get this result:
021D0148 4E729FFF
021D014C 00000918
