Somehow, the infinite chakra or infinite hp code is keeping my chakra at 0. Thus I am not able to do jutsu's. I deactivated infinite chalra, (only infinite hp is on) and still 0 chakra, even after using a restoring item.

Also when you turn it on and you see all the character put off the code and it will change
