If you don't understand that, make the x's all 2's - all F's. That will make it go faster. But be warned, as this may make it impossible to finish some races, because small bumps will send you flying off the track. Make sure you have heavy gravity, and that you slow down ALOT for bumps/hills. |

that will be faster than 300cc yes as long as it is above 2000 it will be faster than 300 it doesnt matter what you put |

I think he means like you press a button and it keeps you going at the same speed you were going until you press the button again. I could easily make this code, but it wouldn't work for high speeds such as when you hit a boost or use the bullet bill, because of the way the game handles speed. |

Mario Kart 64 uses a "minimum speed" variable for boosting; you aren't able to go below the specified speed. Setting that gives you an effective cruise control (but personally I prefer hacking the max speed ). Someone also made a code that simply locked the 2nd byte of the speed float at 0xFF, so the first could go up but not down (40FF + 1 = 41FF, but 40FF - 1 = 40FF), which also has a sort of cruise control effect.

For the european version of MKDS: My friend (and me, I guess) wants a hack that allows you to use off-line tracks on-line. I know this hack is already made but: http://www.freewebs.com/xdite396rw/NH%20MKDS.xml There is an E and US version of that hack there ^. Both of them on my R4DS don't show up on the R4 (when I try to enable them) and my friend who has AR says that neither work for him either. Can any one give me a working one or make me one? |
