[PS2][ARMAX]Disgaea 2[PAL]

Can anyone please convert this code to PAL. This code is for the NTSC version. I tried myself for a few hours to convert it but even following the online guides i could find i still failed to make a working code. Thanks in advance for any takers.

Im not sure if it contains some kind of joker to make reincarnation points to 0 also, since you cant finish reincarnation unless the stat points are at 0
If it doesnt if anyone could please make a code that does it would be greatly appreciated.
