Didn't spend too long on it. Used the D1 activator because I'm not sure if the coding is modified in that area.

Carpet In Rainbow Ride Stays Solid For 3 Times As Long(Higher values make it stay solid for longer. Note that the carpet won't reappear in it's normal spot until time runs out, so don't make it an excessively high value)
