Now that Wii games can be hacked, how about we start cracking down on Brawl and see if we can bring some codes over that we did for Melee? Remove tripping even! The possibilities are endless seeing as how not much has been done to this game yet. I'd like to see this game have as much codes as Melee had and more. ![]() So, yeah, request topic here. ![]() Let them flow. |

Just got a few requests in my mind right now. Remove tripping (if possible, if not, is there anyway to make it so it never happens? Or make the chances of it happening even less? Shouldn't be hard to find out what triggers it...) Super [insert character here] codes. You know, like the ones in Melee where it made their moves super Godly and fast (like Mario's rapid fireballs or Ganondorf's super fast Warlok Punch). Mushroom Stocking. Like you could keep getting Super Mushrooms and keep getting larger or keep getting smaller by getting Poison Mushrooms. Be able to walk on water (Jesus code for Brawl plz basically) Super Swim (swimming in a God like speed, make it so you can never drown with this code also if possible) Walk on anything (ceilings, walls. This could make Brawls a truly epic match to the end). Or in other words, a spiderman code. ![]() Final Smashes last forever (the transformation ones like Giga Bowser, Super Sonic, the Landmasters, Giga Puff, and... Warioman) Dedede always gets capsules (because he can actually get them some times much like Peach's bomb-ombs and beam swords) Custom Stages selectable online in With Friends. At least try it and see if it's doable. I mean on MKDS we were able to make offline stages work online so, why not Custom Stages on Brawl? Just some ideas. Dunno if half of them are possible (like the last one). Tell me what's possible and what isn't if you can. I don't want to request something that isn't possible. Also, try to make sure any of the codes that make change characters aren't allowed to be used on With Anyone, With Friends is fine because you'll most likely just have fun haxed matches for the lulz and save the replays. Edit: I feel like it's 2004 again where I just found out about the AR and SSBM codes. ![]() |

It's not an AR. You need USB Gecko, the Homebrew channel (with Gecko OS app) and WiiRD running on your PC. That's it! |

Yes. You just have WiiRD running on your computer with the USB Gecko plugged in to slot B in the Wii's GCN mem slots. Just install the Homebrew Channel via the Twilight Hack first. |

Just had another idea for a code, doesn't have to be done right away (if it's even possible, which I'm sure it is). It's something I want as much as I want tripping removed. Pressing L auto cancels any lag on any of your aerial moves when you land with them. Basically, L-Canceling in Brawl. If you don't know what that is, I'll explain it to you. In Melee (and SSB64) you could cancel your aerial moves' lag by pressing L (or in SSB64's case, Z) when you land with it too early (fastfalling to the ground and pressing L while landing on the ground with the aerial allowed for combos). Basically, if this was added in Brawl, everything that made Melee so competitive would be back in Brawl (except Wavedashing, which at this point I doubt is possible to bring back). If you need to see how L-Canceling works in motion and don't know how to do it, you can see how it's done in the video below. Click here Just for reference so you know what you're trying to do when attempting this code (if it is ever attempted). Increase hitstun. Basically, if you go back into Melee, this is what made it so combos were able to be possible. In Brawl, hitstun has been decreased. Hitstun is basically a period of time where you can't do anything. We need this increased to the way it was in Melee in order to pull off combos better and more fluently (so combos are possible). This goes hand in hand with L-Canceling. |

Personally I think these things would be better saved for Action Replays, but anyway, what I'd like to see is being able to play as enemy characters, maybe even bosses. Having Porky on the battlefield would be awesome. Or Galleom. |

Okay, I just had a pretty cool idea for My Music. Would it be possible to allow all the music on any stage? Like, add all the songs to each stage's list of songs? Or would this be a bit tricky and it'd just be easier to do a song modifier? IMO, I'd prefer to be able to change the frequency of any song on any stage but, that's just me. Then again, it wouldn't be permanent so... some type of music mod would be interesting to see. |

WTF? Oh wow. I f-ing knew it. I knew one would be made. Couple of questions. 1. How do I get the USB Gecko? 2. How do I get the Homebrew Channel? 3. How do I get the Geck OS app? 4. Where can I download the WiiRD? 5. What are the requirements required to be able to run the WiiRD on my computer successfully? That is all. Think someone can help me out here? Thanks. |

I was told that there defiantly doesn't seem to be one.. But I haven't looked myself. ...not that it would matter for me because I still haven't learned how to do it anyway. :p heh |
