The code I want for this game is stop/reset race timer. I don't mind if it is a activator code or if it is a constant code.

How far into the game is this race? Is there a level select code or something to get me there quicker?

It is available as soon as you have the Jet Skates and can access the west part of town (immediately after pirate attack on town).
Use this code to get the skates.

Let me tell you how events go in the game. Remember you can press start to skip scenes.
First you start off in a tower. It is a pretty straightforward dungeon involving little but following directions. The boss is really easy.

Upon beating the boss your ship crashes into an island (SCENE).
Go north and see the police go towards the wreckage.
Talk to old man to start a scene.
Go north into town and go into junk shop.
Talk to the lady.
Leave town to south.
To the left would be a dungeon (was blocked by man before). Save using the monkey.
Enter the dungeon. Take the first left.
Keep going, killing things along the way.
Eventually you'll see a man on the ledge. Kill all the worms around him. Then talk to him. He will run out of the dungeon.
Go back to junk shop.
Talk to man and wife adn answer whatever you want to thier question.
Leave town to the south and talk to the girl by the van to see a scene.
Go back into town.
Sneak near the boys to see a scene.
Go north through downtown.
Go through the north gate.
Go to town hall. Talk to the policeman to start a scene.
Go all the way back to the south exit of the town. Talk to the girl to start a scene.
Go north back into town.
Save using the monkey before enetring downtown.
TWO PART BOSS BATTLE:
Part one: Mech suits. Each suit represents a different attribute. Speed, Power (red), and defense (yellow). In one of the suits there will be a key. If you are quick you can spot it as they toss it between themselves. Kill the bot holding the key. The easiest way to do this is to wait until it lands in the hands of the blue bot.
After getting the key there is another boss battle.
Just keep dodging and shooting it.
After killing the boss save with the monkey.
ANOTHER 2 part BOSS BAttle.
In the first part just kill the flying machines. Don't bother killing any wreckerbots except those attacking the city hall.
After killing all the flying bots clean up the the wrecker bots.
After doing so a yellow flying bot will appear. The easy thing about this battle is that he will get distracted by things he can blow up. Take advantage of this and shoot him up.

After beating him you will be treated to another scene.
At this point go back to downtown and take the west exit. Go into the TV Studio and talk to the man on the right while wearing the Jet Skates. He will give you the chance to do the races.

Also since you are going to be enetering and exiting town so much, and ALSO doing 2 out of 3 boss battles. I wouldn't mind being able use my weapons in-town. Being able to blow up buildings in the the 3rd in-town boss battle which takes place at the end of the game made me think, what if I could use them anytime.

Also i wouldn't mind having a moon/super/mega/double jump code. ...I have a small obsession with trying to get on top of the tallest buildings.

I did all that shit, but I apparently still don't have access to the west exit. I'm told it's locked or some shit.

Argh...then there is a boss north of town. An easy one. Just follow the path. When gven a choice of going to the ruins or the cave, take the cave. If you keep following the path, you will sooner or later come to a dig site. In this dig site is a huge machine. What you need to do is jump on a ledge and fire at the door on the back of its head.

After beating this boss and returning to the mayor (you will be teleported there), THEN the city doors should be open.

Thank you. Now it is actually possible for me to beat the race on my computer (stupid 64 crapped out a long time ago). When trying to play it on emulator, it wouldn't allow you to make left turns while wearing the skates.
