I'm looking for the codes that unlock all of the hidden NPC's in [PS2] Resident Evil Oubreak: Files 1+2 (NSTC). I'm using an Action Replay Max, and the characters I'm looking for are the ones that can only be obtained by hacking. I have some unencrypted codes if that helps, but I'm not sure if these unlock the characters I'm looking for...
