Post subject:  Admin access?
A constant problem has constantly arose with my testing on different hacks on the school computers, servers, and network. I need admin access.

So I ask, although very general; How might I be able to gain admin access in my school?
If it helps at all, my school techs are incredibly stupid.

Go to run the type in CMD then press enter and now you have the pass for the admin account lol
"net user <admin account name here> password"

If the Administrator Account is called Frank and you want the password blah enter this

"net user Frank blah"

and this changes the password on franks machine to blah and your in.

You'd have to brute force it, which can be done, but it takes time (years of time) or money ($30? or more).

ERD Commander

It has a lot of features. One of them is called the Locksmith utility. It allows you to change the administrator password. It's a bootable disc, so you don't have to even open Windows to use it.

awsome but is there a version for macs?

lol the school uses them and it pisses me off because they don't have the driver neede for my jump dirve. they won't download it either. but thats another story.

It does not work. It constantly says "access denied". I tried many different varitions on your suggestion as well.

I'm not trying to gain Admin access for a specific comp/workstation, I am trying to gain Admin access to a School Server.

The easiest way to get the admin password at any school is to follow the administrator around and look over his shoulder whenever he logs on somewhere.
