The trainer toolkit release is almost here..... I've posted a 'teaser video' to show everyone how the kit will connect to the DS.

2 things to remember before purchasing the Trainer Toolkit:
You need Windows 2000 or higher with 10MB of free space
You need to have an ActionReplay DS

here's the video:

(more to come.)

It.... gives you the ability to hack codes on real hardware. This is a dream come true.

I'm looking forward to hearing a review. Ooo, and Kenobi could be the one to add breakpoints to it! :D

I can't wait to get mine. :)

For your next vid, I think you should show how to make a basic code using the trainer.

Like Para started to show with the XPORT , maybe have some hacking tutorials for the folks to show various types of codes to hack?

Lol. Nope, that won't be possible, as I miss the knowledge for such task.

Possibly may have to be a group effort

Yes indeed. It may have to be a group effort.

Can anyone or anybody give me some technical and very in depth information

about the trainer kit?

Very nice. :)

Questions:
1. Does this definitely run on a DS regular (i.e. not a DS Lite)?
2. Will this be available in U.S. stores? If so, when?
3. Can breakpoints be added via a firmware upgrade later? *crosses fingers*

Thanks!

1) Yes.
2) No. It has been stated that it will be available online only.
3) No. It has been stated that there are no plans to upgrade the device in the future.

arg can't decide between which of three things i should get:
#1 a new hard drive (my computer is dead)
#2 a DS BRowser import from the UK
#3 a AR DS Trainer Toolkit

#2 is pointless

#3 is pointless if you don't have a computer

So #1 first. :?

I'm kinda pissed that they charged my credit card for the damn thing two weeks ago, and it's still listed as "out of stock" today and hasn't shipped.

When is it supposed to come out?
