How would I go about doing this? For example I want to use the touch screen instead of a button activator.
Or eventually, in perhaps a more complex ASM routine, you touch a certain area of the screen and something appears there.
Is there an address that holds the touch screen information?

Not a standard one. There's a "touched" bit in the button word. You might find coordinates with a relative search on a single coordinate.

Sorry for the late reply.
Any way to do this WITHOUT a trainer toolkit?
With a trainer toolkit it'd be easy, but I don't have one, and I can't do a search for this stuff on no$gba and emuhaste (i can't click on both programs at once)
And I don't know a way to debug.
Maybe I should just borrow my girlfriend's trainer toolkit...she doesn't even know how to use it anyway XD

use desmume it has a built in cheat search and you can call it up with a keyboard button combo.
