I have set up the GameCube with a crossover cable to my router and then just the standard cat5 from the router to the pc to make the connection. I boot up PSO and have saved the keys on the memory card with PSOLoadv2.
Now I go online and it makes it to the first gcnrd screen asking for the local and remote addresses, as well as port numbers.
Local Address: 192.168.001.032 Remote Address: 192.168.001.101 BBA Mode: 10mbit HalfDuplex Local Port: 01144 Remote Port: 09404 Local Debug Port: 01145 Remote Debug Port: 09405
I assume that Local Address means the GameCube's Address and Remote Address is referring to the PC Address. I am also assuming that the third set "001" is the equivelant to ".1.". The ports are the defaults and match with the gcnrd.cfg and gcnrdgui.cfg files.
With the gcnrdgui still open on the pc end I save the settings and then swap out the disc for zelda just as it tells me to and then it gets the Disc ID information perfectly fine. This is where I have trouble, the gcnrdgui tells me that the gcnrd.exe has timed out at this time when it tries to connect and it just sits there.
What can I do to fix this?
