No.
R4 is not "pretty good".
R4 is utter shit.

Take this from someone who's been using flashcarts since the start.

Now, I could go on about the history of Flash Carts, but that'd be a waste of your time.

I'll just spell it out by price range.

High End - $45+
Don't.
Hey, seriously, don't.
There is no good card more than $45 that is WORTH that amount of money.
No.

$35 - $45
If you want to spend this kind of money, fine.
Really, there's NO reason to.
But if you have money to burn, go with an EZFlash V combo pack.
You get yourself an EZFlash V, and an EZFlash 3-in-1 expansion pack.
The EZFlash V is notoriously good, you will LOVE it.
The 3-in-1 expansion will enable you Rumble support, the ability to play GBA games, and extra RAM for the few apps that support it.
An EZFlash V combo pack will set you back about $40.

$25 - $35
Here's a good midrange, but, I can't stress this enough, YOU DON'T NEED TO SPEND THIS MONEY. (As you see the next few cards, this will become apparent)
For this price range, I recommend a SuperCard DS ONE.
The new version, yeah.
All around good card, no big frills.
About $31.

$15 - $25
This is where I can really say go for it.
This is the price range where you really get your money's worth.
BUT, it's a tie.
Here, I recommend both the EZFlash V Plus and the iTouchDS cards.
Both of these are GREAT for this price range.
All in all, less than $18 for either.
iTouchDS
EZFlash V Plus
Note: That is the "Lite/Compact" edition EZFlash V. It's the SAME card, just without a MicroSD card reader, fancy package, stylus, etc. It's still the SAME CARD.

I bleed when I pee.
Top Toy DS.
Period.
What do I mean exactly?
I mean it's the cheapest card you can get that won't cause you physical pain.
All in all, $12.
$12. Yeah.
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.15613

Now, you'll note that I didn't name off features or anything on these cards.
Why?
Because of a sad fact about DS Flashcarts nowadays.
THEY DO THE SAME THING.
All of these cards do THE SAME THING.
AT THE SAME SPEED.
WITH THE SAME LEVEL OF COMPATIBILITY.
They
Do
The
SAME
DAMN
THING.

EXCEPT!
Except...
For the TopToy.
It doesn't.
Uh, it just, well it doesn't.

FINAL NOTE
Buy an iTouch if you want it.
Get the EZFlash V combo pack if you have the money.
Period.

ACTUAL FINAL NOTE
DON'T GET A FUCKING CYCLODS!
NO
DON'T
NO
DON'T DO IT
NO
DON'T
NO.

I didn't know wether to trust dealextreme or not... =S

$43

Not bad I guess...

What's wrong with the Cyclo? Than again, it's so much more money compared to the iTouch (my card) and the only thing it really has extra is Wii Connectivity.

Cyclo's Wii Connectivity is no better than most $15 - $25 cards.
Cyclo is nothing special is my point.
It's not "bad".
It's just no better than a $15 fucking card.

Would be nice if there was a flash card with a speed up feature.

It's called "overclocking", and it will never, ever, be built into a flashcart, period.
You can in fact overclock your DS.
It's harder than it should be, and doesn't have too much use.
Fun though.

Depending on the game, it's sometimes possible to patch wait loops to run the game faster. This was done for Super Mario 64. I wouldn't count on seeing it built into anything though.

TBH I have no idea how the Mario 64 code actually works, but that seems like one possible method.

It would be good to incorporate overclocking somehow. Would be good for RPGs like Pokemon. Sorry for me not knowing this, but you really don't have to be such a dick about it :|

How was I being a dick about it?
I was explaining it in a way that you wouldn't question it.
I also explained how the DS can in fact be overclocked.

If I had just said "There aren't any flashcarts with a Speed Up feature", roughly 90% of the population would have responded with "Well den someone should like make one and it'll be teh kewlestest yeah!".

Overclocking the DS involves much soldering. It can never be built into a cartridge.
