A) It's good advertising.

B) It shows how badly Nintendo does security. If we can semi-permanently hijack the boards they hopefully will be forced into action.

That's good to know.

I'd be willing to bet I could cause quite a nice scare within the week with just that software alone. However, it may be wise to wait a bit and get more than one person working on it... A well-planned, properly coordinated kick to the teeth is the best way to go. And I have just the perfect plan to pull it off mercilessly.

LM, we're against online hacking and hacking the leaderboards doesn't really effect the game at all. If the leaderboards get hacked and Parasyte gets more of Nintendo's attention then they're more likely to take measures to try and stop hackers, hopefully only online game hacks, and that would be doing everyone a favor. Parasyte is doing a good thing. It's like a protest.

The only people hacking them in the first place is the people here. So what, he's trying to stop himself? Either way it doesn't matter, you shouldn't be doing it in the first place. If people didn't do it, they wouldn't have to waste their time trying to stop them, they could put it into something more meaningful.

But the real question here is; Is that his intention, or is he just doing it to fuck up everything Nintendo has worked hard to do?

As far as the hacking MKDS to play the offline only courses online, sure, why the hell not. But hacking their sites, or the kind of cheap shit you have goin' for MPH is bull. You just better hope they don't have you arrested for any of this. You have great talent, why not use it for something better?

I wasn't planning on buying an AR until the trainer comes out (or NTRrd, unlikely as that is)... but I'd be willing to, in order to pull this off. Have MKDS and can run homebrew, as Para well knows.

Don't get your asses banned like I did when I used a CodeBreaker 9.0 with Madden 2006 for PS2 and watch out, they can trace your IP address back to your ISP and then supoena them for your information. Look back at RIAA vs. Verizon.

Cheating is NOT illegal. It is the modification of YOUR game, on YOUR system. But, if you hack ONLINE, and RUIN someone elses GAME, then you are doing an illegal act. If you DO NOT ruin the GAME, but only mess with the ingame stuff, then it is NOT illegal.
