Title: Radical Jester
So I downloaded the rom on nds-roms.com right?

But every time I try loading the game on my R4, it would load really fast and then get a white screen.

You need to update your firmware

How to update R4?
After downloading and decompressing the new updated files, there will be one moonshl folder and two files _DS_MENU.DAT, _DS_MSHL.NDS.Copy these files to the root directory of TF card to replace the former files
