Yet another problem with Pokesav >_>...

Just when I think I have everything figured out, the ID number
when I type in to make a Pokemon turns into 65535!!!

I put in my won ID 66420, and I even pressed ok to save..
but EVERY time I go back it becomes 65535! What the hecK?

How am I ever going to make a pokemon with that happening..
It was working fine before..

Please help/...

I think this is the official PokeSave thread I have not seen any other pokesave questions anywhere else the 911 DP thread is for DP stuff that is not pokesave???? Perhaps a mod will clear it up I am confused now...

At any rate... Fotocid are you sure you are saving correctly? Try clicking on reset OT, (under Reset Name) then OK at the pokemon edit then Save your file via save button then output the code

I don't understand why for Trainer name and OT I can only enter 2 letters, 3 if I'm lucky.

That is wierd, I can put 10 characters in those fields in mine.

What version are you using? I did it with .38b english translation

EDIT: Almost forgot... You do have the JPN Unicode? I don't know if it would make a diff or not

small question from myself... how do make sure what HP your pokemon will have? tried using the old IV method from older generations however that seems to have change now with g4... I am guessing now part of that hidden value thing on the right but i really dont want to mess with it w/o knowing what i am doing first

Just plug in the IV's and EV's and then click stat edit and press set everything to max.
There you go.
Or you can go to stat edit and set it to whatever but the game will recalculate it according to IV and EV's

Don't use Original Name, but type it yourself. Original Name leaves some spaces.

To change the gender. Go to Attribute, and under Class. There should be gender. Left one is Male and Right one is Female. You can also use Attribute to change nature, and whether to make it Shiny or not, after your done. Click Create then OK. Hopefully that helps

It's because you did not add your Secret ID into the box below the Trainer ID. Without the Trainer ID AND Secret ID, it will appear is if you got it in a trade and read "Apparently Met at Lvl. ??". I believe there is a code that allows you to view your Secret ID somehow. If I find the code, I shall post it here for you.

It is currently unknown who made this code, but it is said to be tested and working.

What if i do that code that changes my SID to 12345? Then i would put on both spaces 12345 right? On ID and SID?

If you change your Secret ID, all your pokemon that you currently have will now say "Apparently..."

Ok i put in the code and press L+R then i went to my Trainer Card. But everything is still the same! Where is it suppoesed to be? Thank you....

Nope. Bad eggs will never hatch and the only way to get rid of one is to use a different code to override the spot.

Hmm... I planned on the code making the Spiritomb, not an egg. Apparently since it is against the law to ask for help in this thread, Dial 911 is my only choice.

With that change gender code I was able to choose from a PI\Swimmer♀ (for my trainer icon in Oreburgh Town), which those are both things Pokesav won't let you choose from. I find that strange.

First of all, I apologize if this is in the wrong thread. I was unclear as to if Pokesav questions should go here or in 911. Regardless, while the program itself works fine, I have what I suspect is a very newbie question. How do I add the exported codes to my AR code list without overwriting the existing codes? I have them in the program and everything as the instructions indicate, but the only way I can figure out to move them to the AR is to copy and past them, which overwrites any old codes. (Already lost all my custom codes that I had hand entered, idiot that I am.)
