I remember some site having Virtual Boy codes at one point of another. I thought that maybe there would be a thread here about Virtual Boy codes, or maybe I couldn't find it because the search sucks? Anyway, what's the best VB emulator to makes codes? It's been over 4 years since I've played the VB. Any decent VB emulator advancements in the past years? |

Many emulator enhancements have been made to RealityBoy within the last two years or so: http://www.planetvb.com/modules/tech/?sec=emus&eid=rboy And Mednafen's VB support is actively being worked on: http://www.planetvb.com/modules/tech/?s ... d=mednafen The only cheats I know of were a part of the RedDragon package: http://www.planetvb.com/modules/tech/in ... id=rdragon (The file "cheats.db" is a human-readable text file. I don't remember who hacked all of them, but I know I did the debug menu/stage select codes.) |

Thanks, but it seems none of those emus have a cheat search option. How did you make those cheats you mentioned? |

Well, most of them were made using RedDragon. It has a built-in cheat search and some other debugging tools. For the debug menus and such, a disassembler was the main tool used. The trace logging capabilities of RedDragon helped a bit, as well. |

Thanks. Assuming cheat searching works like other emulators, I'll be making some VB cheats. |
