Event code at Spinda drink stand [Unstable]
This code will change the event when you drink at Spinda Cafe. However, it does not affect what Spinda says. What Spinda said is the indicator of the real event that is supposed to be happening, but changed by the code.
2236D094 0000000x
Replace x with:
0 - Nothing - Feel happy
1 - "I've got a good feeling about this drink"
2 - "Shock!!!" - Stat drops
3 - "Also... This was sent to you by that guest over there." - (Recruitment, but only the reference by Spinda, doesn't do anything useful.)
4 - (Use this to activate the recruit event)
5 - New location - May break the stability of the code. Need to use with a dungeon modifier. Only works with certain dungeons (if you force the activation of a dungeon, it may break the code's stability).
6 - "Right now, right here, <Pokemon> is enjoying a flavor that is out of this world!" - Text about the item of Vigoroth appears as a small glitch. May break the stability of the code.

There are probably more event, but I'm yet to go too far in the game to obtain the value for the event. You can test yourself, though.

Pokemon recruitment at Spinda drink stand
For recruitment option in the event code, you will need this code to change the Pokemon. You can turn on, then turn off the code and it also works providing that the next real event is not a recruitment.
1236D09C 00000xxx
Change xxx into Pokemon HEX
You can repeatedly recruit the same Pokemon without turning this code on after turning this on only once then turn off. The game only change the value after real event number 4 is activated again.

For anyone who doesn't understand what the heck I wrote, just turn on the code all the time.

New dungeon @ Spinda drink stand
1236D09A 00000xxx
This code must be used when you choose new dungeon option (5) in the event code. Replace xxx with the dungeon HEX. Note that NOT all dungeon can be unlocked this way, it seems only Drink-exclusive dungeons can be unlocked using this trick.

Prize Ticket event modifier
222AB1AF 0000000x
Replace x with the following
0 - Loss
1 - Win
2 - Fake Big Win
3 - Big Win

Reward item modifier
(this make the event code above useless... But you can use the event modifier to check the available prizes)
122B7320 00000xxx
Replace xxx with Item HEX.

IQ Enabler Code
Generate the AR code for yourself using this Excel worksheet.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YA5SU2FR
How to use: The left hand side is the list of all IQ Skills, enter 1 if you want to enable it (enter whatever if you want to disable). Please note that permanent IQ Skills (Brick-Tough, Multitalent) cannot be activated this way (I make the background light orange). On the right hand side, enter 1 to 4 in the cell next to "Generated AR Code for Pokemon" to generate the code for the 1st to the 4th Pokemon in the team. Enjoy!

Last note: The content of this topic is entirely my own work (minus the dungeon code, which I got some hints from the original one and re-write it).

I tried using the above to unlock a drink-exclusive dungeon and it didn't work.

You must use Event Code + New Dungeon. If you did use both but nothing happens then, as I stated, Event code is unstable. The game might use another slot of memory if you try to unlock something illegal.

Hey guys I can't make a backup gamesave with my action replay for this game. I have an action replay ds media edition version 2.01 When I try to make a backup save it says: warning unknown save type operation can not be completed maker=ff, id=ff, size=ff. This is the first time something like this has happened. Is there anyway to fix this.

Can you export the save game? I only did my testing on an early save file.

Have you tried other options of the Event Code?

Can someone convert this code to work on explorers of sky?

This is for explorers of time.

Wild pokemon in dungeon modifier:

pokemon 1
121AD506 00000XXX
121AD508 00000XXX

pokemon 2
121AD736 00000XXX
121AD738 00000XXX

pokemon 3
121AD966 00000XXX
121AD968 00000XXX

pokemon 4
121ADB96 00000XXX
121ADB98 00000XXX

pokemon 5
121ADDC6 00000XXX
121ADDC8 00000XXX

pokemon 6
121ADFF6 00000XXX
121ADFF8 00000XXX

Replace xxx with the hex of the pokemon you want. What this code does is it changes the wild pokemon in any dungeon to whichever pokemon you replace the xxx with. So you can recruit any pokemon you want. Make sure you have 4 pokemon in your team with you before you try this code of else the game will crash.

So if anyone can convert this code to work on explorers of sky it would be a big help. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I have no way to export my save file as I use the real game and an ARDS. Also, I tried the recruitment option, but that didn't work either.

Does "Good feeling" option work for you?

EDIT: And more importantly, which dungeon are you trying to unlock?

That option doesn't seem to work for me either, though I'm not sure what the good feeling option is supposed to do. Is it supposed to always give you a stat boost or something else. Also, I was trying to unlock Serenity River and I am far enough in the game to unlock it as I've just started Chapeter 10 and I'm at the point where the next step is to go to Amp Plains.

That is what the 'Good feeling' is supposed to do when it happens with certain items.

Spinda Event has at least 2 layers of "protection". When I think I finally found the address pointer, it broke. I don't think I'm anywhere near a stable code.

If I recall correctly, Pokemon HEX list you see is for male Pokemon. Female Pokemon can be obtained by +0x258 to the HEX value of the male version (but I don't think it will work for single gender or genderless Pokemon).

You can try +0x258 to the value of Celebi. Although I stated that +0x258 will give you the female Pokemon, it worths some try.

As far as I can tell, adding the 0x258 doesn't affect the color in this case. The reason the screen is pink is because Celebi is a genderless legendary, and the frame color for genderless pokemon is pink (so a Latios or a male Heatran would have a blue frame). the 0x258 doesn't affect this because the game reads both numbers as genderless (so a rotom or a beldum leader would also generate a pink border). I would assume that there is some address that is told to be blue or pink depending on what the game reads as the leaders gender. If we could find this address, we could make the frame blue or pink at will (and possibly other colors, like the green on the home screen).

I obtain these info from reading the binary file storing basic information of each Pokemon.
The value for gender are:
0 - (I don't know how the game reads it, but only Pokemon that is not used have this value)
1 - Male
2 - Female
3 - Genderless

I have edited my post to include the usable Spinda drink stand modifier.

Btw, can anyone test Recycle Stand event modifier and Prize modifier?

Can someone convert this code to work on explorers of sky?

This is for explorers of time.

Wild pokemon in dungeon modifier:

pokemon 1
121AD506 00000XXX
121AD508 00000XXX

pokemon 2
121AD736 00000XXX
121AD738 00000XXX

pokemon 3
121AD966 00000XXX
121AD968 00000XXX

pokemon 4
121ADB96 00000XXX
121ADB98 00000XXX

pokemon 5
121ADDC6 00000XXX
121ADDC8 00000XXX

pokemon 6
121ADFF6 00000XXX
121ADFF8 00000XXX

Replace xxx with the hex of the pokemon you want. What this code does is it changes the wild pokemon in any dungeon to whichever pokemon you replace the xxx with. So you can recruit any pokemon you want. Make sure you have 4 pokemon in your team with you before you try this code of else the game will crash.

So if anyone can convert this code to work on explorers of sky it would be a big help. Thanks.

Wild Pokemon Modifier
This code does not change the sprite of the Pokemon, so you have to figure out yourself. The instruction is the same: You must have 4 Pokemon in your team or the game will crash when you recruit the changed Pokemon.

Pokemon 1
121BAE2A 00000XXX
121BAE2C 00000XXX
Replace XXX with Pokemon HEX. +0x258 to get the female version of the Pokemon.

Add 0x240 to the address for the 2nd, 3rd and so forth. I'm not sure how much space the game allocate for this purpose, though.

I'll get to those when I get some time. The one you posted is missing the new dungeons.

//Omitted for brevity
0A5 165 Little Plains
0A6 166 Mt. Clear Challenge
0A7 167 River Trial Forest
0A8 168 Guiding Sea
//Omitted for brevity
For some reasons, those dungeons not work when selected...
It's like, they appear in the list, and when you select them, you get the "*dungeon name* is the team's destination. Should the team go there?" message, but if you say Yes, it bumps you back to the crossroads screen.

Is there a way to get them to work? Just out of curiosity.

If you use the all dungeon code (with new dungeon flag clearance) I posted. You can access those demo dungeons normally.

HEX ID of male Pokemon +0x258 (or decimal 600).
For example, a male Venusaur has ID of 3 (in HEX and DEC). To obtain a female one, 0x3 + 0x258 = 0x25B
If you can't do these kinds of calculations, use the damn calculator in the computer and select the scientific option.
