Not sure if this is in the right place, but for some reason the cheats don't show up after I save them into usrcheat.dat. The game ID is right and I for sure saved the files correctly. I'm using gbatemp's cheat.dat and then the only codes in my usrcheat.dat are the ones you guys added above. Pokemon Platinum is the only game for me where the cheats don't show. Any help is appreciated! And thank you guys so much for your speedy code hacking awesomeness

I'm gonna have to learn how to make DS Codes someday (What do you guys use?), since I've just started code hacking and have only worked with the PSP so far  .Anyway, can you make a No Random Battle code? I used the AR generated Repel spray effect from pokesav (Platinum compatible version) but it didn't work  .

Has Pokesav been changed to support the US version of Platinum already? Last time I checked it worked with the Japanese version only. If this is the case, then that's your problem. I'll see if I can work on a No Random Battles code. In the mean time, could someone test the Max PP code I just posted up there? I think I've figured out what was wrong with the codes, and I want to confirm that it will work on other Cartridges as well is my own. EDIT: If the Max PP code now works, the Max Money code should now work as well; I just modified it in a similar way. |

Yeah, pokesav works with the US version. I just used it to modify my EV's yesterday. Ah, I see. Well, all of the codes you see up top should be working properly. I went through and fixed all of them. The Nature Modifier, however, is proving hard to fix, so I removed it. You can still just use Pokesav to edit Natures, so I don't think it's a big issue. |

Pokesav.org has a Pokemon Platinum Pokesav and it generates US AR Codes and it works and it also has Pal-Park finally after all this time! Event Activation for Darkrai,Shaymin,Arceus & Rotom's Secret Key I have the Secret Key from the wondercard and soon as I'm done with the main story I'll activate Darkrai,Shaymin, & Arceus. |

Yeah, are you sure that Game ID code is correct? I made a USRCHEAT.dat file only that only contained this game and directly saved it into the _system_ folder yet my code (national dex poketch modifer) still does not appear? I think it's an R4 problem. The code doesn't show up for me when I use the R4 FW, but when I use YSMenu, the cheat is available. |

Anyhow... most of the codes we want can now be done with the updated Pokesav, which is pretty awesome Except for a experience level modifier. It would cut down a lot of grinding time if we had an experience multiplier code ;P Thank you Coders! |

how do i get the gender code to work? ive tried various ways to get it to work (female code) and it does'nt seem to be working for me, and also does it work when selecting your sarter pokemon? |

I also had the same problem with the r4. The problem is that cheat.dat or the usrcheat.dat takes space too for the r4. So for you to see the code in the menu, what you need to do is edit the cheat.dat or the usrcheat.dat whichever one your using and delete games that you don't need, games that you don't play. After that your going to see that code for the game you want. |
