Minigame works, it won't show 9999, but after time runs out, you will get that score. |

Start game, don't worry about the timer. Press L+R+Up at the same time, then wait for the timer to run out. Rydia will make a victory pose and you will have a 9999 score. FYI, Whyt will get a Summoner body suit, and a high magic(?) stat. |

Here are the FFIV DS Japan codes, they do not (as far as I can tell) work on the US version. Is there an easy way to convert? Encounter-None 2221B844 00000000 Encounter-All 5221B844 00000000 2221B844 000000FF D2000000 00000000 Encounter-None (only when holding R) 94000130 FEFF0000 2221B844 00000000 D0000000 00000000 Quad Experience 920F1DFA 0000E020 020F1DF8 E0820201 D0000000 00000000 Select+A to max experience BASE CODE (must us base code plus character(s)). Note, don't use select+a on the title screen. 94000130 000003FB 020D8118 0098967F D2000000 00000000 Rydia 94000130 000003FB 020D66D8 05F5E0FF D2000000 00000000 Rosa 94000130 000003FB 020D6518 05F5E0FF D2000000 00000000 Cecil 94000130 000003FB 020D5FD8 05F5E0FF D2000000 00000000 Kain 94000130 000003FB 020D6358 05F5E0FF D2000000 00000000 I take credit for none of these, I'm just a googling nerd who found the japanese codes months ago on some kanji-ridden site. If you can't translate them easily (changing the gameID doesn't do the trick, as far as I know), then forgive my taking up space. Otherwise, let me know, please. Thanks! |

Found Health codes: The offeset is 178 (hex) so Cecil is: Cecil(Jap) 020D5FD8 Cecil(USA) 020D6150 Possible working USA ones: Rydia 94000130 000003FB 020D6650 05F5E0FF D2000000 00000000 Rosa 94000130 000003FB 020D6690 05F5E0FF D2000000 00000000 Cecil 94000130 000003FB 020D6150 05F5E0FF D2000000 00000000 Kain 94000130 000003FB 020D64D0 05F5E0FF D2000000 00000000 Though I have no clue what 94 and d2 codes do. I only changes the 02 one to the correct thing. Most codes seem to be off by close to 178 (hex). Trying to check more. |

Also, they DO change your HP...but not in battle. I managed to get it to show 999999/211 on the world map, but it changed back to normal once I got into battle. |

94000130 000003FB = if B is pressed... 02 line = 32bit line to be executed. D2 = End if, ends the code. |

Hmm oh well, I tired to take the codes above in jap and figure out were in us version they were. So far I haven't got any to work for me but it doesn't surprise me. I do after all have a slot-2(I am a poor college kid, can't get slot-1) and have to use DSATM to make trainers or dipstar(Which is almost impossible to get working mastercodes for anymore). |

holy cow, you're amazingly close! the code will change cecil's HP to 99999999....standalone, but, as ^ said, in battle it reverts as the game engine auto-debugs. figure out how to change the exp to 99999999 (couldn't be more than a digit or two off, eh?), and you'll be golden, as functional as the japanese codes. |

If it is the same offset as the others it is 020F1F70 then but I am checking. Try this for 4x exp: 920F1DFA 0000E020 020F1f70 E0820201 D0000000 00000000 |
