The Debug menu has some cheats menu, which can open all levels, all characters, all extras, all minikits, give you 100.000.000 money, and skip activation (?), making all the other 'cheats' I listed kinda useless...
And the 'extras' open things like regeneration, infinite torpedoes, invicibility, score x10...


You can also use these cheats (same as US version ; thanks to cramrice for cheats #1 to #4 effects) :
