haven't test the other codes, but using Infinite HP Player Side makes TWO of the enemy body and legs have 255 HP on the first mission.

Using the max stats code will also make you max level which mean you won't be able to learn skills so be warned it may be good for the start but not good at the end where skills matter more.

A good idea would be to separate each and have it jokered so it can be used to manipulate skill gain by setting others to zero and setting the specific stat to around 8500 would be ideal for learning skills.

I remember when I was playing the SNES version, I actually hack the addresses and values of the various skills for each character, so that I can customize their skill on my own (imagine our truck driver with the skill Switch and Duel..), rather than hacking the max EXP code which would ruin the normal skill-learning process.

but I'm drawing a blank when it comes to the NDS hacking... so I can just sit here and wait for the geniuses here to hack for us.....

Oops..I hacked those codes while in there Arena. Guess it didn't work quite too well outside in the battle field.

9999 still 16bit, 32bit is only when past 65535

i could be wrong i'm not sure but ... i think the character codes arent by 'slots' perse (e.g. adding a hex value for next slot for next char etc.) but rather i think it could be character specific? based on an earlier post of adding f8 to the codes, i tried making up to 8 'slots' and tried it. what happened was my main (which the codes was based on) had 255 values along with 1 of my other wanzers. the other 6 were placed on random enemy units across the board. then again i'm no good at this stuff really (i just mess with existing values :o) so i could (most likely) be wrong.

This makes me wonders why some codes works in Load Game only but not working in New Game and Quick Save Loading. Address changed? Seems strange...

Push SELECT for Max Stats in Battle (MELEE,Short, Long, Dodge), but NO Max Level, No Max EXP

Just added the joker command at the front of the code...not sure if this is convert correctly or not cuz I can't test AR codes.

Note: This is the same code as the MAX Stats code but with an added Joker Command, it'll have a total different effect.
You'll have max atk, max guard in battle and gain more exp the normal way which can learn skills after you level up.

IF you've already maxed out your characters lv and exp using the code at the top of the page, you can reset it by using the same code again but lowering the value, then Save game.

I actually tried using this even before you posted =p. Well Technically you can't gain skills with the cheat unless you use individual values look them up in opfer_gv faq ://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/935704/48354.

But the code is useful to set values in so as to reset stats =p.

I guess a skill modifier be better for learning the skill especially the last versions (max versions).

Let me explain =p
Example:
Kevin - Almighty type
Stun/First/Double 1000-2200-3500
Duel/Speed/Switch 1800-4800-7000
Guide 2000
Slot - 5

Johnny - Close type
Stun/First/Double 1100-2300-3800
Duel/Speed/Switch 1600-4500-6500
Guide 2000
Slot - 5

You need 1000 melee for kevin while you need 1100 for johnny to learn a melee skill this then sets a flag that you've past it when you level you get melee skill after which even if you reset stats you won't get another melee skill by 1000. Therefore if your using the stats mode code it would be very tedious as you have to change values every know and then for characters.

And I tested the jokered one in battle it doesn't give you a level-up btw. It will give you a level up via stats but not a level-up in battle which is required to get a skill. Thanks anyways btw as I recall the address for skills is close to the skill xp but not sure if it's above or below. (SNES one anyways)

Roid - Almighty type
Stun/First/Double 700-1900-3500
(700-1900-3500 means he will learn melee skill at 700, 1900 and 3500 melee
experience points)
Duel/Speed/Switch 2000-5000-7000
Guide 1500-6000

I said, if you've already used the maxed level code..you can use the code again to change the value back to lv 1, exp 0..then you dont use that code anymore (change the code by adding a joker command to it). Then, only use the joker command code after, and when you've earned enough exp, you'll learn the skill.

You don't play the game don't you ?_? It won't work it gives you the stats but you have to level up to get the skill but if you use the method of getting xp you only set one flag the last flag so you can only get one skill unless you use the lowest learn value first so basically the code can work but will be extremely tedious in theory and may cause complications in skill learning. Just clarifying it =p.

For some reason the codes doesn't work for me, i tried the Max GP (is that the money?) but i still ended up with 1000 Funds the guy gave me. I Also tried the Max Stats w/ Joker but it doesn't work either, i turned it on one and by one and tested it but it won't work, I'm playing this game using CycloDS

Those wapons are for the hands and not for the shoulders.

Could you provide the address for body parts? I would hack it but my computer is being fixed so I won't have it for another 2 weeks or so.

I'm curious if anyone has nailed down which codes actually work with this game. I know with the tons of other games coming out that this one isn't likely to be on everyone's 1st play list, but I am curious if any of the above codes will actually work. I've tried all of them with a G6Real and so far it's a no go on any of them. Any quick advise would be helpful. Or even another site that may have codes and/or patches for this game. Thanks a ton. Going back to getting squashed in Contra 4 for a little while now. :)
