The codes work great! Just a note though: the one hit kill code makes it impossible to latch onto creatures.
Also, a code that maxes out the number of crates obtained would be awesome.

You can stun enemies and then latch onto their backs with the help of the head Tiki guy. This lets you defeat other enemies better and in some cases, lets you destroy large crates. It's also referred to as "jacking" an enemy inside the game.

Thanks, though mainly I was just commenting that it's not a hugely necessary code. Using the max-mojo cheat and upgrading strength makes it so almost all enemies can be killed in 3 hits anyway. The crate code though, that would be *very* helpful.

Edit: I spoke too soon, apparently while the number of crates on the lower screen goes up, it doesn't count towards the gem. Maybe there's another game variable somewhere keeping track of how many have been hit. I hope they didn't decide to make an array of all hittable crates with a 1 for being hit and a 0 for not being hit, since that would be a bit lengthy code-wise anyway.

i'll look at it again later... and i hope your conclusion doesn't come true ;p

I meant the part where you select the savefile. As soon as it tries to load the game, it blacks out.

I'll give the new one a try in a bit, though it is kinda neat to see that the game gives access to cheats halfway through the game (from the pachinko machine). I have one tiki mask left to find before I go after the final boss. XD Also, that hover code of yours has come in very handy.

strange, it's not crashing for me ;/ i even reached to the first boss with no crashes.

Okay, finally got a chance to try the new code. It has the same problem: as soon as I select my saved game a black screen appears and freezes the game when trying to load.

I would just stick with the original health code, as it works for both Crash and Nina and didn't give me any problems.

The smaller code works fine, the health bar is always fully green. I honestly wouldn't worry about the feathers as they don't do anything special other than adding on to how long you stay alive. I've included my completed save game if you want to toy with it, but I'm putting the game away for now since there's nothing left to do.

ok, got it, and guess what? it doesn't crash for me... i guess must me something wrong with your flashcard i believe? i see no reason to crash, except if your flashcard is skipping the 32bit conditional. but even if it skipped, it shouldn't crash your game.
